Getting kind of hard to support the thin blue line these days.

Cops can't win. They "do something" and risk sharing a prison cell with Derek Chauvin.

They do nothing and have to live with themselves as cowards, responsible for the murders of schoolchildren.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Uvalde PD sees some suicides in the coming weeks.

No way in hell I'd ever be a cop.

I’d cheer every one of those suicides.

I can kind of understand a reluctance to get “Chauvined,” but openly admitting they didn’t save a group of little kids because they were afraid of getting shot is just BS and cowardice on their parts. And if they kill themselves for their cowardice, good riddance to some bad cops.

Being a cop should be a calling. People who follow a calling make a lot of sacrifices in their lives. If you don’t have that calling you should never ever be a cop. Without that calling and desire to serve you will always choose to do the safe thing so you can make it home to your family at the end of the day. To these people its just a job. Being a cop is not just a job. Much like being a firefighter or a minister is not just a job. There is so much more to it than getting your paycheck and going home to wife and kids.

These guys who were cowards and decided they rather go home to wife and kids than save the lives of these other little kids have no business being cops and should be removed from duty.

Good point. Today’s cops know that there are Soros prosecutors who would love nothing better then to send them “downstate” for life. They’re damned if they do,they’re damned if they don’t.

Dead men spill no beans.

Someone has probably already asked Hillary for the suicide hotline number...

I don't think liability would have been an issue in this case. The cops may have been fired for disobeying regulations, but they would probably be able to be hired elsewhere. I guess the cops in these out of the way places are not made of very stern stuff.

LOL. what a laughably weak excuse. Anyone who thinks a cop responding to an active shooter in a school would be treated like that POS Chauvin is missing some brain cells.
