Very parallel to the “child abuse background checks”....great at catching potential repeat offenders but absolutely useless in detecting and preventing first-timers.

The FL law is very strict, and the burden is on the government. They want this and Manchin-Toomey, them they have to give on allowing teachers to be armed.

My position is simple, if you harm other human beings for non self defense purposes- You no longer get to participate in civilization, the death penalty or life imprisonment are both acceptable to me. Plus my position is consistent regardless of race, religion, gender, etc.
*Their position changes if the atrocity is committed by a white male against blacks, women, gays, and other gender weirdos.
