Legislation entered in California’s state legislature has gone where Biden’s “disinformation bureau” couldn’t. Bill AB-2098 gives power to the state’s medical board to investigate and punish doctors whose advice and treatment regarding COVID-19 varies from the “applicable standard of care.” Physicians in the medical establishment now have “disinformation” authority over others who dare to voice alternative options to their patients. Consequences include actions that can take away a medical license.
Doctors on the West Coast should be dismayed (but am not surprised) by AB-2098. California’s attempt to reign in “misinformation” goes against everything a young physician should be taught in medical school. The importance of teaching the next medical generation to be objective with regards to the current conventional wisdom can't be overstated. Even more importantly, each medical generation should question prevailing thought when appropriate. If medical professionals didn’t have this freedom in the past, medical progress wouldn’t have moved at the pace needed to meet today’s challenges. California is making an effort to “cancel” a healthcare professional’s right to think freely by creating a censor. Worse than that, a censor with the power to ruin careers.
If today’s practicing physicians on the West Coast fail to toe the line and follow conventional dogma, they will suffer the penalty. In leftist communities (of which there are plenty in California), dozens of complaints will be entered by activists against perfectly competent and caring practitioners. Defending themselves against such complaints is risky for young doctors, many of whom have spouses and children to support.

No one in their right mind today should look into a career in the medical field (doctors/nurses etc....) as the risk is just becoming too great.
I also would not want to be a teacher/professor/coach/counselor or anything else where you are “responsible” for countless children.
Add police officers for the obvious reasons......
looking back, I’m glad my career is nothing more then an “office worker” It’s not glorious or glamourous BUT the odds of me becoming a front page article on foxnews for something I said are pretty slim.

Doctors have higher standards than politicians.
And anyone that speaks out against it should be replaced by an imported lower cost doc that is compliant.
Where were these professionals when they came up with a standard of care, flow charted health care and force every decision into their pre defined outcomes? Do I and my doctor decide on my care? Or is it an NIH, FDA, DEA and my insurance (I just get to pay - but have no real choice/say in America)?
Where were these caring folks when everyone was mooching off the BS Covid scare (still being politically exploited in more liberal states and cities).
I have lost all respect for most of the “heros” in our health care system. They were always over priced and arrogant, but now they are over-priced, arrogant, and provide crappy care selling it as something special when in reality it is the same mediocrity you get in Europe (for the masses). It's been that way for years now, but the illusion of a free market, private insurances, and as if you the consumer and a doctor have anything to say persists. You can replace a US doctor with an online decision tree (Merk Manual flow charted with “yes” and “no” answers).

Well, we probably shouldn’t censor doctors. But often I find myself wishing that there was some easy way to get them to shut up.
At that point, you can just get rid of doctors altogether and have government bureaucrats administer the treatments that the legislature has decided are required.

HCQ and IVM are very, very effective against the CCP/Fauci flu. The reason state medical boards went out of their way to penalize doctors who prescribed effective treatments is that IF IT BECAME COMMON KNOWLEDGE that IVM/HCQ stopped C-19, THEN there would be NO emergency use vaxxxxxines and no $BILLIONS for BIG PHARMA.
For this reason alone, Fraud Fauci and his other crominals/murderers/idiots with medical degrees should also be charged with murder. WE don't have to hang ALL of them, only a few but ALL guily should loose their medical licenses and spend a few years in prison.
It would send the rest of the arrogant "doctors" and lawyers the message that they can be dealt with too.
Why are they doing this NOW?
