To win any fight, we must first know our enemy. There are those who argue we are in a struggle with Marxism, though in reality, we battle the organizational and operational tenets of the Marxist tree, not the ideology itself. We know that this is not a Marxist movement because it ignores Marxism's core clientele: the workers. In fact, these people despise the Marxist's traditional constituents. Instead, they toil for a small minority of the "marginalized" in society whom middle Americans find to be fringe and anathema to their core values.
Even then, their movement doesn't seek a revolution of the marginalized. They define the ills of society so that governments can unilaterally impose restitutive "justice": defunding law enforcement and prosecution, promoting violence and riots, and forcing curriculum indoctrination throughout the educational system. They seek power through chaos.
If there is a power that wishes to usurp a democratic and free market society, then to attack with the chaos of a Marxist "revolution" will drive those most affected to willingly surrender freedom for security — You will own nothing and be happy! — and into the warm arms of the promise of a new civilization dedicated to the progress of mankind. Italy once succumbed to the promises and adopted fascism upon the bourgeoisie's and governing elites' fears from the encroaching evils of socialism, as had been witnessed in Soviet Russia.
Don't be fooled by rhetoric. Fascism is an evolution of socialism. The difference is how the economy is managed. Ludwig von Mises summarized the primary differences between socialism (the Russian pattern) and fascism (the German pattern). Socialism owns everything, and the individual is simply a serf to the state; fascism "preserves private ownership of the means of production and keeps the appearance of ordinary markets," though these markets are highly

“They seek power through chaos.”
Classic Cloward-Piven.
And to some extent it works for them. Think of all the hype around the mean Orange man and his tweets, a lot of low info voters fell for it. Even locally I've seen where a small group will get upset with the "noise" which is fake and they just want it to go away - it's human nature for many, which is why it works.

Except for the fact that Facism in this article is about the actual political concept (like Italy in the 30s) and not the colloquial use, I have said that many times.
Socialism needs two things to continue. One is lack of choice, or escape. If people (particularly the skilled and productive people) can run across a border to somewhere with less socialism, they often will. Another is authoritarianism. The more socialism takes, the more it needs enforcement of that taking. Oppression must always increase. If it gets lax, it will be overthrown.
It’s the anthropology dummy, as my professor used to say. If the human person is a soulless cog in a wheel it really doesn’t matter if the wheel is Marxist, capitalist or a benign monarchy.
Workers were only the convenient victims at the time. Today's Marxist victims are racial/ethnic minorities, the gender-confused, homos, and criminals.
Any group will do as long as they can be convinced that they are victims.
QED
We must also not get bogged down in arguing semantics
People seem to forget Obama’s henchman Van Jones?
“Top down, bottom up, inside out”
We are in the beginning stages of the “inside out” phase.
...and the media has taken on the roll of MVD. If you dare speak out it off to the gulag you go...
Marxist ideology can be alive even though we don’t see people quoting Lenin on the evening news. It lives in anyone seeking to confiscate what was not stolen from him.
Classic Marxist ploys… always has been…
Don’t be misled.
Yup.
Marx and Marxist parties have only claimed to be for the “marginalized” but have always been founded and run by intellectual elitists, and their leaders have seldom come from the “working class”. The author is wrong about who the Marxists are.
The Marxists have always sought power through chaos, just look at the original Marxist “revolution”, born in Russia amid the chaos of World War One and founded on the Russian ashes of that war.
The author is also ignorant about Mussolini. He was a socialist. He called himself a Fascist only to distinguish himself as “nationalist”, just as Hitler’s movement called themselves Nazis (meaning “national socialist”). Both, for nationalist reasons sought to distinguish their parties from the “international socialist” movemnents sponsored and led by the Soviets. The only socialist difference between the Soviets and Hitler & Mussolini was NOT that the government should always be in control of the means of production, but HOW it would achieve it. The Soviets sought outright control while Hitler and Mussolini allowed for private enterprises kept on a short government leash, by whatever means worked so that industry knew who was ultimately in charge. But one should not think that was not Marxist or not socialist. The only real difference is and was in how the Marxist/Socialist/Nazi/Fascist control is achieved.
Saying “Socialism enslaves the soul; fascism enslaves the illusion of freedom” merely describes “horses of a different color” which has little to no difference in value to the individual.
The “syndicates” while thinking they are cooperating for their own interest, in whatever “movements”, whether it be the WEF or anything else, are only buying the rope that the final result - socialism - will hang them with. Fascism may have spoken as if it was and had a different goal than the Marxists/Socialists, but that was not it at all. It was all about different means to the same end.

Sounds like it.
As Goebbels said when asked to explain the difference between his movement and socialism\communism - “In communism\socialism the government owns the means of product in our movement we control the man who owns the means of production”.
The most dangerous enemy is the enemy within.
Assistant Democrats are progressives in R jerseys who are assisting the Democrats to a permanent majority with open borders/amnesty.
EVERY Bush League Republican KNOWS they are importing a permanent majority for Democrats.
The only ones who don’t are the idiots who keep re-electing them.
Like I said - socialism and fascismm have meanings with no distinct intrinsic difference to human Liberty, they are just different means to the same end, state control of the individual at the expense of human Liberty.
It’s closer to the Soviet style takeover. Cultural Marxism. Hardcore Socialism. They all fit.
But the Soviet system perfected the plan for takeover of a country from within:
1. Demoralize (kneelers, “America Bad!” in schools, etc.)
2. Destabilize (remove police, Burn Loot Murder etc.)
3. Revolution
4. Socialsm as peaceful answer to above. And people often just vote it in, to stop the above.
