Bill Maher Is Not Your New Conservative BFF

Neither is Tulsi Gabbard, as much as I'd like her to be...

I saw a billboard this past weekend that Bill Maher is coming to Soaring Eagle Casino in Michigan for a live stage show.

Why would I want to go to a Bill Maher standup routine?

Absolutely he is not, however, it is fun to watch him fight against the far left that has debased the Democrat Party, and it causes sincere fear in Bill.

In other words, it's popcorn time as the desperation & fear is in full view for all to see. 🙂

Maher knows the Dems are getting crushed in November. He’s just trying to moderate them by attempting proactive damage control. He hoping they will follow his lead and ease off the radicalism to avoid a catastrophic defeat.

Suspiciously similar to Tulsi Gabbard. Another gun-grabbing baby-killer with the ability to sucker too many conservatives.

Bill Maher is not, and never shall be, a “conservative” by any definition. He is a gadfly, flitting from one position to another, inflicting his sting on vulnerabilities that persons of al political convictions carry around with themselves as their personal baggage. He deflates pomposities and swollen egos, much to the delight of a portion of his audience, at least as long as they want to deflate the same pomposities and swollen egos. But when this same talent is directed at those whom his core audience have an affinity for, that makes them sort of bat guano crazy, and therefore, he must be denounced in he sternest terms possible.

Nope. He just has some sense in his head when things are going off the rails. He's still a crazy leftie. Just not an insanely crazy leftie.

Of course, we know that. But he has trouble intellectually with some issues. That’s a good thing.

Cult ridden liberals will forgo logic and accept hatreds to stay in the fold. They desperately do not want to be cancelled. OMG

Bill Maher Is Not Your New Conservative BFF

He doesn't need to be. He's an old-school leftist who is appalled by how insane and unserious American leftism has gotten, and his speaking out is valuable.

He is a businessman. Maher is simply aware of which way the wind is blowing and trying to gradually position himself in order not to become irrelevant.

Don’t care. If someone says something that is pro-freedom, I’ll take it. Doesn’t mean we are besties or soulmates.

Both Bill Maher and Piers Morgan seem to be on identical tracks, mildly flirting with common sense at times. Same agent???

Who said he was? The important thing is that leftists listen to him. Some of those leftists might need to hear a popular voice in opposition to the current cult in order to stop blindly following the herd.

Does he espouse any other conservative ideas? Not that I know of, but that doesn’t negate the very few things he’s right about.

Maher is a flaming leftist who says something smart every now and then.

Kind of like Piers Morgan.

>> Like blue-state emigrants who resettle in red states to escape their decaying governance and then vote for the same decadent policies, they complain about the ridiculous ends of their own beliefs while refusing to reconsider their allegiances. <<

This is a VERY destructive and FALSE notion. Blue-state emigres are, typically, far more likely to vote Republican in general elections, and favor the more conservative candidate in primary elections, than the residents of the states they move in TO. IN fact, white blue-state emigres (the vast majority) are more likely to vote Republican/conservative than the WHITE red-state natives.

Cities like Atlanta, Raleigh and Charlotte aren’t Democrat-dominated because they happen to be destinations for people fleeing blue states, but DESPITE it. It’s the NATIVES who, just like their fellow urbanites from the North, are so damned liberal. With several notable exceptions (Vermont, Massachusetts, etc.), cities are blue and countrysides are red. Some conservatives move away from inner-city cores to escape liberalism, other move from one state to another. Imagining every Northerner you see in the South or Midwest as an enemy will do to blue-state emigres what the liberals did to Elon Musk.
