He also attacked the credibility of the alleged victim's friend, tweeting that she 'is a far left activist/actress in LA with a major political axe to grind.'
The man currently trying to buy Twitter has recently made a public display of switching political allegiances - saying he will vote Republican this year after having voted for Democrats in the past.
The flight attendant, who has not been named, also claimed the billionaire rubbed her leg and offered her gifts in exchange for an erotic massage.
Musk, the wealthiest man on earth, hit back in a statement to the publication, saying there is 'a lot more to this story' - which he called a 'politically motivated hit piece'.
He later decried the journalist's tactics on Twitter.
'It was clear that their only goal was a hit price [sic] to interfere with the Twitter acquisition,' he wrote. 'The story was written before they even talked to me.'

The way to fight them is to sue. Remember in the last debate Trump had with Hillary in 2016, Trump brought up Bill Clintons rape? Well a week later 25 women came forward accusing Trump of sexual assault. That was Hillary getting her revenge, she hired all these women to accuse him. So how did Trump handle it? He threatened to sue the women and like magic they all disappeared.
