We get to really see something never experienced in a good long while in this country. Looking at this video, all that is needed is high winds.

Seems to me that the last time our country went through a severe economic depression, we also had an extended multi-year drought and crop failures.

History may not repeat itself, but it sure does rhyme...

Revelation 6:6 Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

Unfavorable, high diesel fuel and fertilizer costs and shortages will all lead to worldwide hunger wars.

North Dakota here, where wheat is a major crop. Still too wet in the majority of fields to plant. Likely to be a short season with reduced acreage and productivity. Our own domestic production is projected to be under average.

We all concern ourselves with twitter, Johnny Depp, facebook, online games and the worthless scum in Washington DC.

Lets see if we can eat all those type things.

Farming, Logging, and Mining (oil production included) run this country. Without them, nobody lives.

Lots of the guys were switching to short oats. 60 day duration. Its got even to late for that.

You can plant them late, but the production rate drops.

The good thing about those is that it takes very little additives to the soil to grow them and if they dont produce well, but at least come up, its a good cover crop. It can be chopped off for beef cattle feed.

To all Putin lovers -— This scumbag is blockading Ukraine’s wheat exports to a hungry world. This wheat is all stacked up and ready to go out via Odessa. But scumbag Putin in blocking shipments.

This is why scummy Putin invaded Ukraine. To take over, to steal Ukraine’s very rich and flat farmland that can be farmed by large farm equipment. Same as we do in our mid west.

#2 To take the oil and gas that lies just offshore in the Black Sea’s shallow waters. So easy to drill there and exploit. Unlike Russia’s existing oil and gas fields that are in very frigid locations.

Wheat Ukraine is the world’s ninth-largest wheat producer and is forecasted to be the seventh-largest exporter for the 2022/23 marketing year. In 2021, Ukrainian wheat exports were valued at $5.1 billion, with Egypt, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, and Bangladesh as the primary destinations.

Yup...the dust bowl.

Mom used to talk about that. Hanged clothes on the line in NE WI and they’d be streaked with the dust coming in from the plains.

Then I suggest the Ukraine do what Trump suggested. Negotiate a peace before they lose it all.

Americans will slim down.

Too bad we can't stop Biden's and his stooges from allowing millions of new illegals (undocumented democrats) into the country. It's going to be hard enough to feed our own people...

“Then I suggest the Ukraine do what Trump suggested. Negotiate a peace before they lose it all.”

Then Putin controls all the Northern Black Sea coast and can block Ukrainian wheat exports and other agricultural exports. Then Putin gets all the Ukrainian oil and gas in the Black Sea. As if the thieving Russians don’t have enough of this. With US/NATO help, the Ukrainians can at minimum fight the Russians to a standstill. Then cancerous Pooty Toot® croaks. And a new era dawns.

When America, as a country, invited the Lord to leave (there are several different examples) He took his protective hand with Him.

Revelation, here we come!

They really need to. I've never seen so many incredibly fat people than in the past year. It's as if they sat at home during the lockdowns eating non-stop. Emphasis on "incredibly".

“We get to really see something never experienced in a good long while in this country.”

Along while indeed. There was one famine in Alaska 1878-1880 on St. Laurence Island and 1275–1299 when the Anasazi culture collapsed in the Southwest.
