A certain late radio host said a new conservative is a liberal who has just been mugged.

“Is this going to work out any better that Noisome Newsome’s recall?”

I think it will. Even the left are sick of this guy. But, then there is Dem vote fraud...

The Asians devotion to the rats mystifies me.

In general, they try to embrace the dominant social/ideological paradigms to blend in. They are not known for aggressive individualism, and the instinct is to go with the majority opinions and majority directives. Hence the devotion to leftist thinking, given that this is prevalent where they are preponderant (big cities and universities and the west coast).

The Asians were virtually unanimous in throwing out the school board, over 90% wanted them gone. The tide may have turned against the D’s amongst the Asian populace.

Once upon a time in the 90s Asians were actually split or leaned Republican, even in california but of course the party did absolutely nothing to court them. And they did nothing to challenge the dem tightening grip on education and the tech and corporate sphere. So over time the younger generation which is heavily into the academic, tech, and professional circles displaced the old immigrant generation and the rest is herstory.

He heavily targeted the Asian population in his election and was effective because he speaks Chinese fluently (can’t remember if he speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese, but at least one of them) and this was highly effective because enough Asians gave him their second vote on the ranked choice ballot. The money is pouring into his anti-recall campaign. I’m getting inundated with brochures, door hangers, etc. he’s clearly running scared. I think he’s lost the Asian citizens. That could be it for him.

...the most leftist city in America.

I may have posted this a while back, but it probably bears repeating: Before the lockdowns, I was in a bar in Cow Hollow and met a couple who had just moved from Chicago to San Francisco. When I asked them why, they answered that they wanted to spend their retirement years in the most liberal city in the country! Yep, liberalism is indeed a mental disease.

Boudin’s family have always been hardcore Communists, including Leonard and Louis!

“Well what do Republicans do for them?”

Isn’t that the problem? People expecting someone to DO SOMETHING for them?
