The House on Tuesday night voted 368-57 to pass nearly $40 billion in additional military, economic and humanitarian aid to Ukraine to fight against Russia's invasion.

I wouldn't give $40 to Ukraine, much less $40 BILLION. We couldn't 'afford' $4 billion for Trump's wall at the southern border, but now all of a sudden we can afford $40 BILLION for Ukraine?
