NOMINALLY being the operative word. SCOTUS has ruled in favor of the Dems more than it has with the Republicans, at least on the most substantive issues. Roberts generally sides with the three liberals, and when the matter is important, so does Kavanaugh, and sometimes Barrett. That’s 5 - 4 in favor of the Dems, and often 6 - 3. The three libs are in lockstep with the lib agenda, and they will NEVER go against it. There are three pretty solid conservative judges: Thomas and Alito, particularly, and usually Gorsuch.
I have always maintained that Dems have never mentally matured beyond the age of 16 at best. Case in point.
