“It’s definitely an atrocity by the Russians. It’s not their land.”

Seems to me that decision will soon be up to Russia. Ukraine had the chance to treat their people in the East humanely, and they did for 24 years...but I guess they changed their minds. Too bad for them.

Well, when part of your country declares independence that part also declares civil war. The one leads to the other, just as night follows day.

One thing Ukraine can do to humanely treat their own citizens

is to kill as many Russian soldiers as possible standing within the borders of Ukraine.

I can thing of some other things they could do but that is a good start.

The thousands of Russian soldiers they have killed thus far are good steps toward this goal of humanely treating their own citizens.
