Russians hammer Mariupol steel plant as harrowing video shows civilians sheltering in bunkers

Russian forces rained airstrikes on the last bastion of Ukrainian resistance in the shattered port city of Mariupol on Saturday — as defenders inside the Azovstal steel plant released a heartbreaking video of the women and children they say they are protecting.

“We haven’t seen the sky or the sun” since Feb. 27, says one little girl in the video, the BBC reported — cautioning that her account, and the video itself, could not be verified.

Soldiers from the Azov Regiment– the controversial right-wing militia group that has joined Ukrainian military units to make a stand in the ruined factory — offer fist-bumps as the children gather to greet them.

You did read that the accounts are unverified, didn’t you? I prefer to wait for proof before believing the MSM, but that’s just me. 🤣

“Sorry, did I miss where Ukraine joined NATO?”

It wasn’t widely reported (for obvious reasons), but obviously it reached Moscow...

The Ukraine “resistance” is a globalist operation to thwart the long-term White Hat joint operation by PRESIDENT Trump and Vladimir Putin to restore the stability of Christian Civilization. The chemical weapons plants and trafficking centers had to be destroyed. Protecting that infrastructure was a big reason why the cabal HAD TO steal the election. The Ukraine war would be OVER if Trump remained in power.

When Kosovo declared independence from Albania, the west fought for them and even went to war. Ukrainians in the Donbass do the same thing and it’s crickets from the west. They ignored the fact that 14,000 were killed in 8 years in eastern Ukraine, mostly civilians, as the Azov battalion and other nationalist militias were allowed to shell and shoot at them 24/7. America picks winners and losers rather discriminately, I’d say.

Doesn’t matter.

Of course. But McGruff is a known pro-Russia and anti-Ukraine poster, so sometimes it’s just fun to reply to his biased threads, because it brings out some of the other imps, and then the fun really begins.

“When Kosovo declared independence from Albania, the west fought for them and even went to war.”

If you’ve read my posts you’d know that I opposed that action and criticized it, and roundly condemned the Clinton administration.

“Ukrainians in the Donbass do the same thing and it’s crickets from the west.”

No, they didn’t “chirp crickets.” They watched the development of the Maidan protests in Ukraine, and were alarmed when they grew increasingly violent in Kyiv on February 20, 2014. But what got the international organizations’ and other countries’ attention was Russia’s involvement. Remember, Russia invaded Crimea on February 20, 2014 through March 26, 2014. Let that sink in: Russia INVADED Crimea on February 20, 2014, the VERY DAY that the unrest grew ugly in Kyiv. So, Russia had planned to invade Crimea PRIOR to the worst unrest, because an invasion is not put together in a few hours. Moreover, the war in Donbas began in April, 2014, AFTER Russia had invaded Crimea. But, Russia sent in troops to support the “separatists, and in August, 2014 Russia increased its forces in Donbas. At this time the condemnation of Russia from the international community was very strong.

Russia has been stirring up crap in Ukraine for a decade, at least. And Russia’s excuses to justify this new invasion are laughable, and only the most gullible would accept them.

That is absolutely irrelevant. Dozens of entities would form autonomously around the world if such standards were allowed globally.

US states would leave the US under such absurd standards.

Russia needs to respect the borders of others. It is very simple.

One thing Ukraine can do to humanely treat their own citizens

is to kill as many Russian soldiers as possible standing within the borders of Ukraine.

I can thing of some other things they could do but that is a good start.

The thousands of Russian soldiers they have killed thus far are good steps toward this goal of humanely treating their own citizens.
