The United States will provide the government of Ukraine with another $500 million in direct economic assistance, U.S. President Joe Biden said on Thursday.
"Today, the United States is announcing that we intend to provide an additional $500 million in direct economic assistance to the Ukrainian government," Biden said. According to him, the government of Ukraine will be able to use this money to stabilize the economy, support the population and pay salaries to employees.
He said that, thus, the total U.S. economic support to Ukraine over the past two months amounted to $1 billion.
Ignore the poor of America.
Send America’s cash to Ukraine instead.

Of course they do, and apparently did.
It may not have been specifically targeted to Ukraine but they gave Biden the money and the discretion to spend it.
There are many countries supplying assistance of one kind or another. It appears to be a hodge-podge with no coordination, no plan, no purpose. Maybe that’s the way Biden wants it.
This seems to be a perfect example where the UN or EU should take on the roll of planning and coordinating all gifts and loans to Ukraine.
How can the US justify being the major financial supporter when most the the Europeans are in better financial condition than we are?? We in the US are in deep trouble and no one in WDC will admit it. Like my Daddy used to say, “Son, money doesn’t grow on trees.”
