Moving the goalposts again. This is getting tiresome.
Why don’t they just come out and say, “Mask mandates FOREVER, suckers!” and be done with all these titillating cheap promises of “Maybe next week (or month, or year).”
Then the entire nation could go on a civil disobedience strike. They cannot jail us all, can they? Not even China would be able to enforce compliance under those conditions.

The only time I have to wear the stupid things these days is on my commuter train into Manhattan. I then rip it off once we pull into Grand Central and I spend the rest of the day maskless with the hordes and never got sick once.
Makes no sense whatsoever.
