Enquiring minds want to know. Was the shooter out on bail? Or perhaps he was just expressing his rage at the injustices of police violence.
Perhaps the anti-crime unit that was disbanded could have stopped him? Or a stop and frisk?

Without reading the article I’m going to guess that he’s calling for stricter gun control. BECAUSE Law abiding gun owners in other states cause crime in NYC (Democrat logic - you just have to take it on faith, and most New Yorkers do)
