NEW ORLEANS -- President Joe Biden’s requirement that all federal employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 was upheld Thursday by a federal appeals court.
In a 2-1 ruling, a panel of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a lower court and ordered dismissal of a lawsuit challenging the mandate. The ruling, a rare win for the administration at the New Orleans-based appellate court, said that the federal judge didn’t have jurisdiction in the case and those challenging the requirement could have pursued administrative remedies under Civil Service law.
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown, who was appointed to the District Court for the Southern District of Texas by then-President Donald Trump, had issued a nationwide injunction against the requirement in January.

Me and my wife both had 4th jab this week. Zero adverse side effects, 15 months since the 1st jab. Based on this, I can pontificate those vaccines are a big nothing burger for adverse effects. I am 82 and wife has stage-4 cancer. If the vaccine can’t even cause us a teeny weeny adverse side effects, indeed those vaccines are nothing burgers.
Although neither one of us ever got infected with covid after 4 cruises in last 6 months, I really do not know it it was the vaccines protecting us or not. I have no evidence either way. Only evidence I have is they are nothing burgers for adverse effects.

How nice for you...but you are wrong. I was forced by the FEDGOV to take the vaccine over my strenuous objections. Two days after shot #1, I had an inflamed bursa on one elbow...a golf ball sized bag of fluid. After living with it for months, I had it drained. It refilled. I had it drained again,to no effect. Three weeks ago I had to have it cut out. The orthopedic surgeon said it was “huge”, much larger than normal. Then the cavity where the bursa had been filled up with bloody fluid. It was bigger than the engorged bursa. I had to have it drained again this morning. I’m now three needles and a 4” incision, tremendous inconvenience and discomfort and $1000 medical costs out of pocket because I was made to take an ineffective and now demonstrably proven dangerous “vaccine” over my express objections. Somebody needs to hang, AFAIC. I’ll volunteer to tie the knot and kick the stool.
It should go en banc - we have two different 5th Circuit Court 3 judge panel rulings on this (one upholding the nationwide injunction, the other ending the nationwide injunction). En banc need to be done since we have two different panel rulings

If I recall, if you work in a building with a single Federal employee, you also have to be vaccinated. I thought I was free and clear. My company just returned and literally signed a lease 5 days ago and now could be screwed if this isn’t put back. The companies will not buck the mandates.
I hate this F’n administration.
