Zelnsky’s got three propaganda targets generated by US/Nato and the west in their information warefare operation overall:
-To the citizens of the US and west to generate outrage, which that outrage will fuel political resolve on the part of US politicians who will prsesure Euopean counterparts to engage in sanctions - and of course the revitalization of NATO.
- To bolster Ukriaian spirts - to make them ‘believe’ they can do better than they can if they’re provided with amunition and military equipment..along with revenue.
- Then to influence the Russian public opinion in an effort to create pressure within Russia for regime change and to alter their behavior in Ukraine.
Zelensky has done all of this with the cooperation of news cycles and the media....it’s pretty basic and you can hear and see it as this has moved along from the start.
Zelensky wasn’t hard to peg from the get go.....nor the propaganda messages he’d be spilling around the world. He’s been doing what he was hired and paid to do as a PR propaganda pusher.
It’s now wonder now why he refused to act on the Minsk Agreements...those were just a stall for him and why Russia isn’t going to fall for it in the negotiations now without written and signed agreements - and not just by Zelensky.
Besides Russias stage one military objectives have already been met so we’ll see how it goes for the next stages. No doubt Putins not done.

Reaction at the Ministerial level has been strong from the USA, UK, France, and Germany.
Reuters had people there documenting the situation. Official investigators should be there soon, if not already.
Clearly, real war crimes were committed. Whether it was policy or just undisciplined troops remains to be seen.

In October 2019, Zelenskyy announced a preliminary deal struck with the separatists, under which the Ukrainian government would respect elections held in the region in exchange for Russia withdrawing its unmarked troops.
Detractors noted that elections held in Donbas were unlikely to be free and fair, that the separatists had long driven out most pro-Ukrainian residents out of the region to ensure a pro-Russia majority, and that it would be impossible to ensure Russia kept its end of the agreement.
In July 2020, Zelenskyy announced a formal ceasefire with the separatists — the more than twentieth such attempt since the war began in 2014. Although the ceasefire was frequently violated over the next few years and overall violence remained high, ceasefire violations in 2020 did decrease by over 50% compared to the previous year.
