Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on the missions of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and international organizations to come to Bucha and other cities and towns of Kyiv region as soon as possible to collect evidence of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Russians."I call on the International Criminal Court and international organizations to send their missions to Bucha and other liberated cities and villages of Kyiv region, in order, in cooperation with Ukrainian law enforcement officers, to collect as thoroughly as possible all the evidence of Russian war crimes," the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine quotes the words of Kuleba, said by him on the air of the British radio Times UK radio, on Sunday.
It is noted that the ministry has already sent a corresponding request to the International Criminal Court.
The head of Ukrainian diplomacy also stressed that this evidence will be used in international and foreign courts to bring to justice those who committed these atrocities.
"We are still collecting and looking for bodies, but the number has already gone to hundreds. Dead bodies lie on the streets. They killed civilians while in these villages and cities, and also leaving them," Kuleba said...

Now you don’t think these dead folks had weapons...right??
Civilian combatants are still protected by the Geneva convention and must be treated as POWs.
Arm your civilian population, urge them to confront your enemy, then complain when your enemy kills them where they stand. WEFCons cheered this development when it was unfolding. Now they whine like 10 year old girls.
Executing combatants who have been disarmed (in this case some had their hands tied) is a war crime.
If the Russians had stayed home none of this would have happened.

An unjust one might be.
Ukrainian troops are castrating POW’s and posting the vids online.
In the east, Avov is using Donbass civilians as human shields, and shooting them in the back if they try to leave. They’re also storing weapons and launching rockets from synagogues.
All documented, all online.

If the civilians are not combatants then they are protected by the Geneva convention. But if a combatant is not wearing any distinguishing marker such as a uniform, armband or something indicating membership in the armed forces, they are unlawful combatants and may be disposed of as desired (i.e. killed).
Correction. Executing lawful combatants who have been disarmed is a war crime. If the civilians were unlawful combatants then they may be dealt with as franc-tireurs.
Not true at all
“Those people involved in the conflict who have fallen into the enemy hands shall be presumed to be prisoners of war, and therefore will be protected by the Third Convention (API Art. 45.1). Article 45.1 is complementary to the rights afforded to inhabitants of a non-occupied territory who spontaneously take up arms on the approach of the enemy to resist the invading forces. In such situations these inhabitants are afforded prisoner-of-war status if they are captured (GCIII Art. 4.A.6).”
There are no such thing as unlawful combatant Ukrainians. It’s their country and the foreign national invaders have not declared war.
That is some Grade A whataboutism right there, pardner..
Russian propaganda stooges are quite predictable, fake “journalist” George Eliason included.
