When asked whether someone who doesn’t know what a woman is should serve on the Supreme Court, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), who serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said, “I think it’s pretty clear that Judge Jackson is a woman. So, I don’t think she has any doubt as to what a woman is."
At the Capitol on Thursday, March 24, CNSNews.com asked Sen. Whitehouse: “Senator Blackburn, on Tuesday during the hearing, asked Judge Jackson to define the word ‘woman’ and Judge Jackson said, ‘No. I can’t.’ Should someone who does not know what a woman is serve on the Supreme Court?”
The senator responded: “I think it’s pretty clear that Judge Jackson is a woman. So, I don’t think she has any doubt as to what a woman is. The question was asked in the context of dealing with the law about transgender individuals.”

or worse an amish whitey
She must be a woman because what? Because she’s too stupid to know what a woman is?
That’s pretty flippin’ sexist, right there.
Sen. Whitehorse knows a woman when he sees one. But can HE recite the definition of a woman? I doubt it.
A blast from the past:

How does he know?
I think it’s damned clear that Judge Jackson is a nasty, smug, evil, America-hating communist...
“I think it’s pretty clear that Judge Jackson is a woman. So, I don’t think she has any doubt as to what a woman is.”
Judge Jackson literally admitted that she doesn’t know what a woman is. This senator is deliberately trying to gaslight the public.
So, when a case that revolves around anything to do with a woman’s civil rights, Jackson should step aside. Cause she doesn’t know the difference between a rutabaga and a woman. After all, she’s not a biologist.
The context of this question is irrelevant.

Oh, the hypocrisy...how it must BURN!!!

Please share with us, Senator, how exactly do you know this to be fact?
Pretty clear or clear, I guess he’s not sure.
That IMO was the bottom line and I am surprised there was no inquiry along that line.
SEN: Let me remind you Judge Jackson that you are under oath. With that, here is a yes or no question. Do you have a working definition of a woman?
That is the first of many questions that could follow either a yes or no answer, and the follow ups would expose her or leave her sputtering, or both. She was fortunate (or perhaps, allowed) to avoid major damage.
Oh man, if only the next statement after the “I am not a biologist.” answer would have been “So you don’t know if you are a woman.”
Not just that she didn't know but that she didn't know because she purports that one needs to be a biologist to know what a man or a woman is. She inadvertently quashed the Leftist argument is about "feelings" because she said it's about BIOLOGY.
Probably work, too. I know of a white, Harvard law professor who serves in the U.S. Senate and claims to be a Native-American.
There’s no biology degree on his resume. He’s full of hot air.
then why dint she say so... you her interpreter or something???
Leave it to Weldon Shitehouse to totally miss the point and still mangle a pathetic attempt at virtue-signaling.
Weldon is both stupid and evil, like most of his colleagues.
