District Attorney Clark said, “The defendant’s newborn was crying and instead of comforting him, the defendant threw him to the ground, ending his life. The defendant’s violence is unconscionable and unfitting of any parent.” District Attorney Clark said the defendant, Christian Rodriguez, 27, last of 530 East 137th Street, was sentenced today to 12 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision by Bronx Supreme Court Justice Ralph Fabrizio. The defendant pleaded guilty to first-degree Manslaughter on February 16, 2022.

Throwing a baby to the ground sounds like 1st degree murder rather than manslaughter.

These libtard judges—either they turn criminals loose immediately or give them ridiculously short sentences. This is not a man, this is a subhuman piece of filth. Lock him up, throw away the key.

Yet moms can abort that baby up to a second before coming out of their clown hole. Many docs will now do infanticide afterwards. At least abortionists will. But now some legislators are pushing laws to be able to murder a baby up to a month after being born.

I wonder when those laws pass, if they will finally give the fathers equality and allow them to give the green light too, or will they still just keep the power of infant murder solely in the hands of mommy...

He must be pleading insanity, saying he was having a psychotic episode. No excuse, since medication helps many with even severe mental illness.

The poor baby. The rest of the baby’s family will probably never get over that life taken away. All those hopes and dreams to remain unrealized.

So sad. In truth, if he is sane...he can fast go insane from sheer remorse and sorrow...

I was thinking it’s possibly a result of all the years of dehumanizing babies by calling them “fetuses” instead, making it easier to kill them. Were the lawyers and judges just thinking this was nothing more than a ‘post-fetus’?

If he is judged as “sane”, I can only think of one scenario where such grotesque violence would be ‘par for the course’ for lack of better expression: Meth Addict or someone having some reaction to drugs may be declared ‘sane’ if his murderous break with reality was only a TEMPORARY medical phenomenon.

Truly amazing that THAT is what you’re focusing on here. That’s the real problem society has here.

I had a psychology professor who worked with the insane at Washington State’s Western State Hospital. He said that the insane know right from wrong. Even one in a comatose state will kick back knowing they were wronged by being kicked.

I would often see my professor having lunch with the county Director of Health, who had a private psychiatric practice.

I knew a man who slit his lawyer’s throat with a boning knife in broad daylight because he blamed the lawyer for a bad outcome in divorce court. He plead insanity and was committed to Western State rather than prison. It was the first case to use the insanity defense to avoid prison time. Obviously, the judge ignored the science.

It’s just a delayed abortion. Nothing to see. Move on.
