The European Union on Tuesday presented a new plan to reduce its dependency on Russian energy, amid Moscowโ€™s invasion of Ukraine, sky-high prices and a potential embargo of Russian crude.

The European Commission, the executive arm of the EU, wants to cease its buying of fossil fuels from Russia before 2030. And it has now presented a new pledge to reduce its purchases of Russian gas by two-thirds before the end of the year.

Since we have run out of oil here in the U.S.(?!) this may hurt us as much or more. Already hurting me. This IS the gang that couldn’t shoot straight. If any more morons appear, we might tip over like Guam.

Plus, good news on the domestic front: Americans will be forced to give up gasoline tranportation and forced into “EV”s.

A win/win for the Green Reset.

Hooray!

Yes. Important issue.

Putin is 100% focused and committed to Russia. He has 0% interest in the preferences of enemy countries.

Why would Russia want a replacement who is any different than that?

The bottom line on EVERYTHING is Rosneft has briefed Putin. The surface area of Russia guarantees their oil will run out last. It is civilization’s lifeblood. They are destined to be dominant. There is nothing anyone can do about that.

Grinding down the Russian economy.

Looks like its going to do the same thing to our economy if we don’t start producing more energy ourselves.

The EU is also grinding down it’s own economy. First the coal went. Then the nuclear is closing down. And now the gas. Who is going to grind down first?

โ€œThis would be achieved by diversifying its suppliers, increasing renewable hydrogen production and improving energy efficiency in households, the commission said Tuesday in a statement.โ€

In other words, Santa Clause and unicorn farts.

These people think we are all idiots.

The plan is just a stall tactic to placate anti-Russian sentiment and delay ACTUAL action while getting accolades from getting on the band wagon. The ‘plan’ hopefully implemented by year’s end? C’mon...

No doubt when this is settled way sooner before year’s end, EU will QUIETLY renege on its plan because of......(take your pick).
