Tuesday Joe Biden will come to Capitol Hill and give the annual State of the Union Address. No matter how hard he tries, he will not be able to hide the fact that America is in crisis.
It’s not just one crisis, either: a war in Europe, the worst inflation in 40 years, the worst violent crime in 25 years, the highest gas prices in 7 years, the most illegal border crossings ever recorded, and the deadly, disgraceful surrender in Afghanistan. Joe Biden created each one of these crises, and they have led to another crisis: a complete lack of credibility from the bully pulpit.

Last March he signed the single largest spending bill in American history. He put two trillion dollars on America’s credit card and flooded the country with government cash. Since then, prices have gone up faster than wages.

I wonder if he will touch the Jan. 6th uprising and the horrible event worse than the Civil War... I wonder if he plans to put more in prison without bail, of if he is now leaning towards thinking it was just people trying to say they wanted REAL transparency and legitimacy to an election fraud he tried to cover up.

I bet the talking heads on all of major networks will portray it as “refreshing”, “uniting”, “while we’ve still got a long way to go, we’ve come so far since Trump - it just takes time to fix everything Trump messed up”, etc.
I would end this with “you just watch” - but it is probably best if we don’t for our blood pressure.

I hadn’t planned on watching. Since the whole world will be watching I will see what happens to Brandon under pressure.
The Lame Stream media will be touting a great speech tonight. It’s not reality it’s what they wish. And too many people in this country are happy with that.

No-doubt his handlers will have him flee back to Delaware immediately to spend a few more days resting and recuperating from the exhausting demands of actually standing up and reading a speech.
I'm almost tempted to watch out of morbid fascination to see how jacked up on drugs he is and see if he goes off-script. I'll just wait for the redux and fun clips though. You know there's going to be gaffs, right?
