When Putin calls the leaders of Ukraine drug users, I think he was projecting a problem he has. It would be great irony if he was suffering the effects of his drug addiction. It would be a historic event if it was the poppy plant that cost multi-thousands of people’s lives and was the worm that took out the powerful mind of Putin.

Not really. If you look into Putin’s eyes you really can see a madman, as Griffin noted. And if you look at his left ear you can see someone who likes to annoy birds. And the tilt of Putin’s nose suggests that he doesn’t appreciate knock-knock jokes.
