Allen West, a Republican Texas gubernatorial candidate, will not be prosecuted over a mask-related altercation at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, and official said.
A Grapevine Municipal Court administrator said on Monday that West would not be charged in connection to a confrontation with a man who called him out for being unmasked last year, according to The Dallas Morning News.

If the other man started it, and all West did was flip his mask, there’s nothing there.
The Guy called West an idiot for not wearing a mask. Depending on who you believe, West either “flicked the guys mask off”, or “violently ripped it from his face”. Either way, it sounds like the guy got off easy. I don’t support violence, but call a man an idiot face to face and you are lucky to walk away with nothing more than a ripped facemask. I suspect West had just had his fill of crap for the day. That goes both ways. Talk crap about someone wearing a mask, don’t be surprised when they smack you. As they say in the 209, “Talk $#!+, Get Hit”.
We love Allen West. During OIF, Allen West fired off a shot next to a muslim terrorist’s head to find out who was planting IEDs killing his troops IIRC. Very effective too.

He did this. I know him well and recommend that anyone should avoid pissing him off, especially if you threaten him or his troops. The Army ended his career over this incident. He put his troops welfare above his career.
