Bed, Bath & Beyond has announced it will close 37 stores, most by the end of February, USA Today is reporting.
The upcoming closings are part of a total of 200 stores that are set to be shuttered by the New Jersey-based company.
In July, the company announced store closures as it aims to trim some of its brick and mortar stores and focus on digital commerce.
The company is one of many announcing store closings. Macy’s also announced it would be closing stores to streamline the company’s operations.

Wow.. Dropping My Pillow must have been more of a loss than predicted!
Why someone like AMZN or WalMart doesn't snap them up is astounding -- the economies of scale would pay for the acquisition nearly instantly.
Yep, that’s my take as well.
Lindell is still in business and these stores won’t be.
It’s New Jersey based...what could we expect.
How creepy. Will they pay their slaves in company store scrip also?
. . . There might be the occasional item in the “beyond” selections, but most of the merchandise seems to be overpriced . . .
Agreed. They are way overpriced and don’t offer much of anything that any other retailer doesn’t (and for less). I feel for their employees, especially management.
I don’t shop online to save money.
I don’t shop online for the convenience of home deliveries. In fact, for most products I PREFER to buy them in a store and check them out before buying them.
I ended up doing so much shopping online for one simple reason: I got tired of wasting time looking for products in retail stores only to find that they weren’t in stock. If you are in the retail business and you don’t even carry the merchandise you advertise and your customers come looking for, then you aren’t going to be in business for long.
Only Bed, Bath & Beyond stores? What about Christmas Tree and Buy Buy Baby stores?
Weren’t they one of the retailers who stopped selling Mike Lindell’s pillows?
Oh no, where will people got to buy all the crap advertised on television dial up ads, but need it now, not in 4 to 6 weeks?
Maybe not in our lifetimes. But I prefer to remain optimistic.
I had heard that also, but I went to one of their stores near me to check it out, and they had Lindell's products on the shelf. I bought a couple of "My Pillows" that day (even though I didn't need them.)
Similar to Railway Express.

Sheets, towels, curtains, and similar stuff over and over again. I’ll take an Ace Hardware over those any day.
Please tell us what we’re seeing there, the guy walking off camera.
I used to like that store but I have not set foot in one since they decided to get political with My Pillow. Smart move Beds Bath and Beyond. Maybe they should have just focused on selling products instead. Buh Bye BB&B
Hopefully my boycotting of Bed Bath and Beyond due to their canceling Mike Lindell has contributed to these store closures.
Yeah never again
Only way I’d buy Gillette is if it’s $1 clearance
So maybe that way but won’t miss them
Bic razors are cheap enough
