There never is one acknowledged … especially if they’re Democrats.

“ She has sponsored a number of prominent labor bills during her tenure, including Assembly Bill 5 in 2019, which required businesses to give employment benefits to more workers and restricted their use of independent contractors.”

Which the Sacramento Bee brought legal action to have their independent contractor newspaper delivery people exempted from

So the Sacramento Bee isn’t a disinterested observer here? I’m shocked.

Is this the same Lorena Gonzalez who pushed B-1 Bob Dornana out of the House of Representatives by stealing votes? I seem to recall that the GOP powers that be, just left him out to dry. He lost by 13 votes, something like that. They wouldn’t support spending money to help keep him.

The backstab into B-1 Bob was when I was awakened to the fact that the R’s were the D’s and vice versa. It is why GHWB was a 1 term President, although the timing isn’t right. The only Republican I have voted for on the national level was DJT, although I came close to voting for Monkey boy G W. The friend of my enemy is not my friend, and that is a better description of most politicians relationships with the so called other side. Trump and Nixon? They were enemies of the powerful. Same with Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Pat Buchanan. It is a short list you can compile of “the good guys”. In positions of power, they are vastly outnumbered. True conservative Constitutionalists, have much in common with the Confederation of Indian tribes just after they wiped out Custer. It was the last hurrah electing Trump, and it was so after the Little Big Horn.
