The biggest difference is that ivermectin can be used prophylacticly, and does not require the patient have co-morbitities. And now Biden is making monoclonals difficult to get. See the pattern yet? Anything effective is being withdrawn from the public.
I am for people trying everything they can when hit by the virus. I know many people now who turned around with ivermectin and many who turned around with monoclonals and many who turned around with both. I don’t know why you are so one sided about therapeutics. Very odd, IMO.
