“Independence of the court” are synonymous with unchecked and unaccountable.
Unchecked power and unaccountability is the problem with the federal government in general. The police state agencies, DOJ, regulatory agencies, IRS etc. The Feds add no value to citizens’ lives and exert a negative influence on most.
As the Feds and certain fascist states become more tyrannical, people will concentrate in red states and will demand autonomy from the federal government at the state level .
