The owner of the trucking company involved in Rogel Aguilera-Mederos' fatal 2019 Colorado crash is allegedly linked to a business with a history of defective brakes.

Online federal transportation records show that the owner of Castellano 03 Trucking, LLC, is now tied to a new business, Volt Trucking LLC, which has a history of violations involving brakes and brake connections, 9NEWS reported.

The company involved in the Colorado crash that killed 4 people for which the driver initially got 110 years dissolved shortly after the accident, presumably partly because of massive liabilities for the deaths, injuries, and destruction of the accident. The company had a history of hiring drivers who could not read English. It does not say if they were not here legally and did not have commercial drivers licences like the one in the crash. It also had many safety violations, including many involving brakes. The owner Rafael Perez Rodriquez of the Castellano Company involved in the crash has opened a new company Volt Trucking, which employs 4 drivers.

Getting blood stains on your new t-shirt while cleaning the human remains
out of the tire treads, maybe?

Eh, brakes are for amateurs anyway....

18 Wheelers...defective brakes???

It does not take much to overheat and burn up good brakes especially if you do not know how to drive steep highways.

" Rogel Aguilera-Mederos "

I saw video of this POS minutes after the crash and he didn't have one scratch and NOT ONE SINGED HAIR, even though cars, trucks and gas tanks were BURNING! This POS had plenty of opportunities to stop his truck even if he didn't take the run away truck ramps. There are multiple spots where I70 goes up hill or levels out BEFORE he would come down to that final scene of the accident that wasn't an accident.

He murdered four people!

Thanks, I figured we were being played by the media when the guy got a serious sentence for killing 4 innocent people. We were supposed to feel sorry for him...and we did, just as expected by the media.

Nothing new.

Oh My

You are ordered to celebrate Cuban Murderous illegals driving reckless thru CO mountain highways and killing 4 innocent white drivers .
Driving reckless and with NO license and killing Americans is Fine.

But an angry Cali Whore Video Queen is too much .
Gay Gov. will bend over at any chance.

Yeah, but the guy with the trucking company hiring illegal aliens who cannot read English without commercials licenses should get the death penalty. It takes some training to drive an 18-wheeler. What happens with someone with no training driving in the rockies.

I posted the link to the Newsweek article by mistake. The 9News article gives more information on the trucking companies.

I haven’t heard a thing about the toxicology report. I assume he was clean or that would be a huge deal.

That was not the problem. The problem was the driver may have had no training driving trucks and he could not read English. Apparently, the small company he worked for hired all or mostly drivers like that.
