Here we are three years later. I wonder if Penner regrets his earlier thinking. Maybe he’s thinking about all the “leakage” from their stores in the face of lax Soros DAs and AGs all over the country.

I DID NOT HESITATE TO LEAVE THE SALVATION ARMY, LEAVING WALMART WILL BE JUST AS EASY.
