Saw a study, about 5 years ago, with state, local and DOJ data.
Then it was one White person every 6-8 hours.
I have no doubt that it's dramatically increased since then, given the hideous, inflammatory, anti White rhetoric spouted by the left and their msm mouthpieces.
Heartbreaking. Don’t send your kids to college in Philly. There is no part of Philly that is safe. There is no college campus in Philly that is safe. Not even when I went to college there many years ago.

Anyone living in a Democrat controlled city is a target for murder by Democrat voting thugs.
A Temple student left campus? Very daring. Temple, Penn and Drexel students should know better. What are they thinking? If they wanted to leave campus they should have gone to Villanova.
I live near Reading. PA, close to Philly, and there is NO way I would let my kids attend any university in Philly!

Isn't that unusual in a random mugging or shooting, to be shot twice like that?
Am I wrong to wonder about voter fraud issues in a heavily corrupt Democrat machine which he apparently had been part of in some form, and this young man having a hit on him? I am not accusing him of anything wrong, but he was throwing in with people who are likely criminal felons in the Philadelphia voting machine.
I know people are randomly killed, it happens. That two shots to the chest seems odd to me.
Probably the usual suspect. Another white supremacist in black face. It happens quite often.
One of my nephews attended Temple University about ten years ago and was assaulted and robbed. Thank God that the criminal did not shoot or stab him.

This time, apparently, the incompetence of Krasner’s office was responsible for the murder of one of his own supporters. But that’s not how Douglas Leake saw it.
Online, Leake described his friend Sam Collington as a “devout Marxist” who “would not want his death to be used to push any sort of right-wing pro-police agenda such as stop and frisk.”
“We must not let this travesty spawn oppression of any kind,” Leake wrote. “I will never stop defending his legacy of radical justice, peace and equality.”
