Isn't that unusual in a random mugging or shooting, to be shot twice like that?
Am I wrong to wonder about voter fraud issues in a heavily corrupt Democrat machine which he apparently had been part of in some form, and this young man having a hit on him? I am not accusing him of anything wrong, but he was throwing in with people who are likely criminal felons in the Philadelphia voting machine.
I know people are randomly killed, it happens. That two shots to the chest seems odd to me.
