I hope that this won’t cause the feds to go after Rittenhouse and/or Black for a straw purchase.
Ordinarily, they would not, because no "substantial transfer" took place. But, what is ordinary might not apply here, because we have seen the government make up stuff when they want to go after someone.
It's already been addressed. It's not a straw man purchase because Black maintained possession of the rifle and kept it at his house........
