If he had just left what President Trump had done alone, we wouldn’t be in this mess.
We have pipelines that we can open. Why deplete our reserves?
Unless they are looking to really screw us down the road when the reserves are gone, the pipelines are not running, and OPEC is holding us hostage to oil.
