“ Nowhere does Durham say the FBI, the CIA, or any government entity was guilty....DUPED is the word.... ”

Well, there’s Clinesmith, the FBI lawyer who plead guilty to lying to the FISA Court. Remember how much prison time he got?

Yea, me too.

None.

There can be no doubt that Durham has already found at least one horse's head in his bed...and the Harris/Biden Department of Just Us will arrange for as many more as might be needed.

As for the hard drive...and the diary...

This is coming from Andy McCarthy, the same idiot who said Trump committed an impeachable offense. Andy is blowing smoke for the Lincoln Project or whoever.

Interesting that the FBI was “duped” into setting up George Papodopolus with $10K while overseas then waiting to arrest him at the airport when he returned to the U.S.
That’s a pretty good job of “duping”.

The Democrats in the House are desperate, this is why they are flogging the Jan 6 thing...pushing the meaningless House committee subpoenas against former Trump officials and it is also why they are holding people in jail for Jan 6 , some who weren’t even rioters... to distract everyone from Durham’s indictments of Clinton associates.

It very much seems that way.

To not have been quietly shut down by now he must be regarded by the various DC tribes as having some political leverage.

With the information he has at his disposal this is probably not a bad assumption.

But these indictments are weak for sure.

OTOH if you are going to go after the king you only get one shot.

Hillary started this. The personal and political risks of an indictment are high.

This risked drawing attention to Obama’s abuse of the FISA court so he doubled down with the intelligence leaders in lock-step. Indict Obama, risks are off-the-chart.

And the paste-eater in chief is directly linked into all the mess with his on-the-record unmasking of General Flynn, and being in ALL the meetings. Joe was Obama’s designated fall guy, the one he sent in when the corruption was most obvious. And Joe relished the role. He knew it all. He has likely forgotten much of the facts by now, but not committing facts to memory is a feature not a bug for Joe.
Indict Biden? Might be useful at some point in our evolving Klingon style political system.

They weren’t duped. They knew what they were doing.
