Obama-era Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday he is "concerned" that some of the sentences being brought against defendants in the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection are not high enough.
While speaking with Wolf Blitzer at CNN's Citizen Conference, Holder was asked if he believed federal authorities are being aggressive enough towards the rioters.
"I do think that the Department of Justice is doing a good job. This is a resource-intense issue. You know, I guess there have been I guess 400 people or so charged at this point, potentially more," Holder said. "Anybody who participated in that coup attempt on January the sixth has to be held accountable, has to be identified and then held accountable. And so I think the Justice Department is doing a good job so far."

Tucker interviews journalist Julie Kelly of American Greatness who has reported more on the Jan 6th political prisoners than anyone else. Gives a sense of the extreme leftist prosecutors and judges. They’re radical lefties.
Just give them the same penalty they gave the Scott Walker protestors who occupied and destroyed the Wisconsin State Capitol for a month
Like the FIB and Pelosi??!!
FO! Holder... you’re the one who should be in prison for obstruction, treason, smuggling weapons to criminal cartels, corruption and political malfeasance... to name few.
I’m concerned that Holder was never held accountable for running guns to Mexican cartels.
There is ZERO doubt in my mind the Holders and Obamatons (in fact the entire democrat party) would kill each and everyone of us, their political enemies, if they could get away with it. Not a single doubt. Hence their obsession with ending the 2nd amendment.
