The RATs claim the Methane Tax is just for the Oil Industry. So why did they vote down an agricultural exemption? Remember how the Income Tax was only for the very rich and would be tiny? Notice how that was not built into the amendment! I found nothing in a Google search. I did find it on a Go Duck Go Search and of course the left is denying it.
