This is pure fascism.
This says that if you can’t remember a person’s name you are in violation. How many times have you not been able to remember a person’s name? Ever start a job and be introduced to 10 people, and forget all but 1 name?

As for identifying a person’s sex, and therefore the pronoun to use when referring to that person, everyone USED to wear clothing that told you which sex that person was.

Soon you will be arrested for “misuse of pronouns.” The fact that law enforcement can arrest you for that indicates that we are in a fascist dictatorship. This is a misuse of the resources of law enforcement, which currently is NOT arresting enough murderers.

Oh, and these pronouns are third person pronouns, used when referring to a person, when speaking to another person. They are NOT used, contrary to the confused thoughts of huge segments of the public, when speaking to the person in question.
