Minnesota's top court overturned a murder conviction Wednesday for former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor, who was found guilty of murder and manslaughter in the killing of Justine Ruszczyk in 2017.
The ruling could have consequences for Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer convicted in April of killing George Floyd.
Noor was first charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in 2018, months after Ruszczyk's death. Ruszczyk, an Australian-American woman living in Minneapolis in 2017, had called 911 to report a possible sexual assault near her home. Noor, who later testified that he was startled by a sound while responding to the call, shot through his patrol car's window and killed Ruszczyk.

As I remember the incident, it was cold blooded murder of the Australian woman by the Muslim cop.
The lesser charge.....The 2nd degree murder conviction STANDS.
murder-manslaughter
Second degree manslaughter. He could be out by Christmas.
Total horseshit
Some are winners.
Some are losers.
To find out which you are, check your skin color.
He only killed a white woman.
Of course....
He was found Not Guilty of 2nd Degree murder but they did hook him up for 2nd Degree manslaughter. At his resentencing he’s likely to get an apology for being improperly charged and a settlement of $100M to ease his pain and suffering. The settlement will also be a reminder to the Minnesota justice department that blacks suffered greatly at the hands of American society and, as a result, are not to be held accountable for their actions.
The only kind of justice we will see in this nation is Social Justice.
Ramalama-dingdong................
One cop was moslem...the other cop wasn’t. One victim was white...the other “victim” wasn’t.
Aussie lives don’t matter.

Pretty obvious why. Chauvin is White. The somali murderer gets off scot free for obvious reasons.
There is no justice in the USA.
I knew they would wait until the public forgot about it, and then let him free. Actually the public never knew about it, and so was never able to forget about it. The coverage of the murder by somali was almost zero, and then they tried to hide the ethnicities. Chauvin’s trial was 24/7, full obsession mode.
The “news” gets more and more repulsive and nauseating every new moment.
Corrected for accuracy
So all that Chauvin had to say was that he was “startled”, and he would have walked. Who would have known it was that simple?
Noor was convicted regardless. What got him off was the fact that the 3rd degree murder charge required evidence of 'depraved indifference' and apparently the Supreme Court, for whatever reason, decided that wasn't proven. It'd be hard for Chauvin to make the same case.
Somailis can do no wrong in Minnesota
Noor, who later testified that he was startled by a sound while responding to the call, shot through his patrol car’s window and killed Ruszczyk.
