U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday announced sweeping new federal vaccine requirements affecting as many as 100 million Americans in an all-out effort to increase COVID-19 vaccinations and curb the surging Delta variant.
Speaking at the White House, Biden sharply criticized the roughly 80 million Americans who are not yet vaccinated, despite months of availability and incentives.
"We've been patient. But our patience is wearing thin, and your refusal has cost all of us," he said, all but biting off his words. The unvaccinated minority "can cause a lot of damage, and they are."
The expansive rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or test for the virus weekly, affecting about 80 million Americans. And roughly 17 million workers at health facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid also will have to be fully vaccinated.
Biden is also signing an executive order to require vaccination for employees of the executive branch and contractors who do business with the federal government--with no option to test out...

And the stupidity is that Biden can’t do it. It falls under state’s rights for health actions. Until they can figure out how to say the virus is an outside the country attack, at which time he will have to name the country that started the attack and how it got here like thousands coming across the southern border, the feds can’t create covid-19 rules to the general public, only federal employees.
The Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads, “The powers not delegated to the United States [the federal government] … are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” As the Constitution does not grant control of health care to Washington, health care should be “reserved to the States.”
Control of the health care attached to covid is a state job.

It's called "changing the subject." The aim is to get people stirred up about his covid dictates to get Afghanistan out of the headlines. I have a hunch people are going to stay stirred up about both no matter how much the media downplay Afghanistan. The man -- or the peppetmaster pulling his strings -- is a dictator. This is not going to end well.

What if all this clot shot mandate BS was really about changing the narrative to something other than his Afghanistan screw up which I think was fully intentional to arm our enemy and give Afghanistan mineral rights to China.
