I hope somebody files a lawsuit challenging this on the basis of Roe V Wade

IF there is an implied right to privacy as Roe V Wade claims. These EOs are direct violations of that “right”.

Indeed. Our side hasn’t done enough to make the Left adhere to their own reasoning.

(Similar note: I’d like to see the same done for ATF NFA Form 1s - making a firearm, of any kind, in privacy of your own home should be protected under RvW’s reasoning.)
