President Joe Biden will sign an executive order requiring all federal government employees and contractors to get vaccinated — with no options for the unvaccinated.
CNN reports Biden will order all federal workers to get vaccinated and end the loophole allowing unvaccinated employees to test frequently and maintain social distancing. He will also order contractors doing business with the federal government to do the same.
Biden is expected to announce his new mandate in a speech on Thursday evening, urging all private businesses to follow his lead.
Americans remain slightly in favor of employers leveling vaccine mandates, according to recent polling.

My wife is vaxxed with no aftereffects, so far. While I’m a fairly healthy person at 70...I don’t “feel” as lucky as my wife. To be honest, I really think I’d be one of the ones to have an adverse reaction. I don’t want to be a statistic.

What have I said that is dishonest?
Yes, I’ve seen the IVM studies. Some pretty significant improvement over taking a SUGAR PILL (not the best alternative!). But even if you take the best outcomes (86% reduction in infection) that simply isn’t nearly as good as the vaccines we have access to, by any metric. Those studies were small (compared to vaccine studies), and eventually whole countries like India decided to not recommend using IVM, even if vaccines aren’t available. But most HMO’s and hospitals won’t touch it, so that is a bit limiting.
Thinking that if you get a serious case of COVID you can just waltz down to your hay and grain store and get some anti-worm medicine is dangerous thinking that has LITERALLY gotten people killed.
Now, if you’re taking IVM as a trophallaxis, and your infection rate is indeed 80-90% reduced, you might be fine walking around very minimal risk of spreading unsymptomatic covid to an under 12 kid.
I personally don’t think its ok to spread covid to an under 12 kid just because they have a great chance of not dying. They can still bring it home, give covid to granny, be bedridden for a couple of days, lose their sense of smell for a month, and miss at least 10 days of school.

Same here. If their claims about the shot are true then worrying about others that haven’t had it should be irrelevant.
...but that is my concern - they (leftists) are not behaving that way. There’s an illogical push to make sure there’s no real choice, even if it is coercion by an employer. It’s as though they believe they can eradicate it, which was never a goal as it can’t be.
There’s zero evidence hospitals are overloaded, just the media screaming it is so. IMO this is more about using the ‘COVID emergency’ as an excuse to side-step Congress and implement socialist policies, which can only continue if the ‘pandemic’ continues.
For a virus that isn’t a worse disease than many others that will kill mainly the old with other problems, the fear hype is just over the top. Then I look at policies in Australia and other countries, there’s a definite ulterior motive.

There IS a cabal that has stolen everything they could from every government in the world. Through the private global organizations (WHO, WEF, et al) they set up and totally control, they have engineered a global collapse and will now wait until things are so destroyed and chaotic that most people wil have no choice other than to accept UBI. With UBI comes central bank digital currency and vax passport mandates. This guarantees the institution of the corporate/political/financial/tech (CorPoFinTek) oligarchy to rule the Earth in perpetuity.
And no need to tax. It will be the company store model: they give you the basics and even periodic increases (remember the chocolate ration). But inflation increases, regardless. They own all the products everyone needs. You are on a dole that will eventually dictate what and how much you either must purchase or cannot purchase.

Two reasons people want unvaccinated to get vaccinated: so you won’t get covid and end up a burden on society, and so you won’t spread it to people who are too young to get vaccinated.

Except they will not exempt the recovered who face a decimated immune system and possible cytokine storm if injected with this mandated inoculation.
Those *too young* are now being mandated everywhere, even though they don’t have a bad time with the so-called original virus and do have elevated risks from the inoculation.
Just a few months ago, they were *protecting* the elderly. Now, the elderly are mostly vax’d or are passing from the side effects. So, now, after terrifying the young with guilt over *killing granny*, the same young have lost granny to the shot and it is their turn, while the parent-aged cohort is whipped up to *save children*. They, of course, must vax in order to work, so those young who survive can be raised by the state once their parents are too debilitated to take care of them.
At some point, you will see it clearly. I really hope there’s someone left to hear you admit it.
I’m elderly w/some issues. I survived the C19. I no longer participate much in what is called society today. Why do I need to be subjected to a violation of my
very-well-functioning immune system? It benefits no one. But my being invalided and at the mercy of a purposely destroyed medical system will extract the last of my resources and free the controllers of having to repay the money collected from me for my retirement or partial pre-payment of medical insurance (which I still pay into)and stolen by them.

Okay. I wish I shared you confidence that that would happen. On looking back at my post, I included medicaide. That one would probably not be affected because I think that’s how they pay for illegal alien’s health care.
