McCarthy announced the House won’t impeach Biden if Republicans take it back in 2022. Then a few days later McConnell confirmed no investigations of Biden. What are we voting for them for again?! Congress, not the President, controls the purse. Congress plays alot of game with funding bills to make sure a President has little choice.
A President has this choice: veto all of it or sign all of it.
