But he wasn’t impeached, was he? Had he been, all kinds of restrictions would have kicked in. But people in the NY House merely talked of impeachment. There’s been talk of Biden’s being impeached as well, but all it is is talk.

You missed the point of the sentence you copied. He didn’t reach impeachment because he resigned which he can’t legally do as per the state constitution article I displayed. The state folded up and let him so he could escape impeachment violating the state constitution edits.

And you’re saying that because impeachment is being brought up that it is just talk? What is your information? If it is on the horizon, it’s there. They wouldn’t bring it up if they were that smart as they were willing to allow him to illegally resign. That makes them look twice as stupid.
