First , You send every JAG officer in the military to hang out on an Aleutian island bass in Alaska Aleutian Islands with just a tropical kit.
Second, On a Friday, Aug 27 before sunrise during the Fajr prayer, drop a 500 lbs bomb on every known mosque in Kabul and drop a GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast (MOAB) bomb on the government palace at the same time.
Third, As the bombs are falling you drop airborne troops at the Bagram Airbase and at the Kabul airport while Predator drones rain hellfire missiles on anyone who objects.
Fourth, Let every other country know that if they try to impede you in any way that it will be considered an act of war.
Fifth, you ruthlessly have our troops kill anyone or anything that gets in the way - no prisoners.
