How does the Daily Mail know there have been precisely 63 new cases this week following the Obama bash? Where do those numbers come from?
Do people go to the hospital voluntarily and get tested? Is there a roadblock set up to get tested, like the ones for DUI stops?
I've never been tested for the virus at all so I don't know. Anybody venture a guess?
