Cuomo should be resigning for killing thousands of elderly citizens - not for being a sexual jerk.
None of these women are teenagers. Each of them could have said ‘cut it out’... and gone to HR OR the police... Why have laws on the books protecting women if what they really fear is NOT getting a promotion?

Guys need to grow up and learn to read a room. Not every woman wants that kind of attention.
In a private corporation it is much easier for women to go to HR or the police.
Governors (remember Bill Clinton of Arkansas?) have the state police to assist with intimidation (or worse).
Combine that with Cuomo’s connections to organized crime (well known to folks in Albany) and it would be dangerous (stupid actually) for an individual woman to blow the whistle on him.
