Thats not true. 2 states legislatures , PA and AZ asked for a 10 day delay in certification so they could review the election irregularities. It was in Pences power to delay certifying their electors. Instead he ignored them and illegally certified them. He is a coward and a villian.
Pence failed his constitutional obligation. He is no hero.
Pence has firmly implanted himself w/ the Lynn Cheney arm of the NeverTrumpers that claim the “Capitol ‘insurrection’ was the worst attack on it since 1814”. Idiots.

That’s the way I see him - neither a hero nor a villain, just a Peter Principle example who managed to get two levels above the one on which he could perform competently: OK as a Representative, not effective as a governor, invisible as a VP.

PA and AZ legislatures did not ask for a delay. That would have required a vote. A couple of state legislators asked, which has zero effective power.
