Thats not true. 2 states legislatures , PA and AZ asked for a 10 day delay in certification so they could review the election irregularities. It was in Pences power to delay certifying their electors. Instead he ignored them and illegally certified them. He is a coward and a villian.
PA and AZ legislatures did not ask for a delay. That would have required a vote. A couple of state legislators asked, which has zero effective power.
