Coca-Cola Zero Sugar is getting remade to look more like Coca-Cola regular. How is Coke Zero Sugar changing? Per CNN, Coca-Cola said it plans to change the image of its Coke Zero cans to look more like the traditional red Coke can.
The drink will also go under a recipe change to make it taste more like regular Coke, according to CNN. “Despite its enormous success, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar still represents a relatively small percentage” of the entire Coke brand, said CEO James Quincey, according to CNN. “The improved recipe brings its taste even closer to that (of) the iconic Coca-Cola,” he said, adding that “this was influenced by consumer insight and our focus on constant improvement.”

no going back for me
I like Coke Xero because of the taste. They plan to screw with that.
I may have to just give up on any cola.
I’m sorry. I’m just too white for Coke.

IOW it will be regular coke in a different can/bottle. No one will ever check.
we aren’t big soda drinkers but I go out of my way NOT to buy coke anymore. RC and rum for us.
Being racist and bullying states to accept vote fraud is too much. No more coke. Ever.
No Croak-A-Cola for me.......................

I have not drank sweet drinks in 40+ years. Water, black decaf and beer are it. Makes life inexpensive and easy.
I’m not sure what is “woke” about this decision. I expected to see something like an announcement that the Black Lives Matter slogan would be appearing on the cans.
What? No “For Blacks Only” Coke? No “Crackers Need Not Apply” Coke? How about “Reparations Coke”? White devils pay 5x’s the normal cost with all proceeds given to all current slaves suffering at the hands of the evil white man.
I rarely drink soft drinks but tried a Coke Zero recently out of curiosity and must admit it came surprisingly close to the real thing.
I’ve challenged several regular Coke drinking friends to a blind taste test between Regular and Zero. No one can tell the difference, and neither can I.

I guess if you repeat it enough folks will remember. Still doesn’t affect me.
Same here.
Get woke, go broke. Even avoiding fast food chains using Coke.
I’m relieved that no homo rainbow to be sprayed on the can. Next time, probably.
I don’t see “WOKE” fever here. I’m seeing consumerism.
I believe Coke is concluding that Coke Zero is not selling
‘enough’ to justify having a separate product.
So rather than abruptly ceasing production of Coke Zero, this will be a case of newer soda, but in old-ish looking bottles. At some (unannounced) point, Coke will indeed flip the switch on Coke Zero production, and stop selling it completely. This is what it sounds like to me.
I read no cause for controversy, not even from The Greens on the sweeteners used in Coke Zero.
Get Woke, Go Broke. Learn it. Live it. Love it.
There were also rumors of a Diet Coke shortage due to issues with the supply chain during the pandemic, the Deseret News reported.
Rumors my arse. For almost a year you couldn't find ANY diet soft drinks from any maker, at least we couldn't at our local stores and Sam's Club.
yep if i want a soda i will go to a fast food place that DOESN’T serve coke
